Key Responsibilities:

Listen to customers and resolve issues

Manage accounts using internal systems

Identify sales opportunities and upsell

Clearly explain products and services

Qualifications:

18+ years old

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication and organizational skills

Typing speed of at least 20 WPM

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Windows OS
