Overview: We’re looking for a part-time Customer Service Liaison who loves cars and helping people.
You won’t be fixing cars; instead, you'll use your knowledge about how cars work to help our customers understand what needs to be fixed and why. If you’re good at talking to people and can make complicated car stuff sound simple, this job might be perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
- Talk to our mechanics to get a clear understanding of car problems.
- Explain these car problems to our customers in an easy-to-understand way.
- Help customers know which repairs are really needed now and which ones can wait.
- Schedule service times and handle any questions customers might have.
- Keep track of all your conversations and decisions about car services.
Qualifications:
- You need to be really interested in how cars work. You don't have to fix them, but you should know enough to explain problems clearly.
- You must love helping people and be really good at talking to them.
- You should be organized and good at keeping track of lots of details.
- Previous experience in customer service or a mechanic’s shop is helpful, but what really matters is your enthusiasm and ability to learn.
