Here is a brief role description:
Senior Creative Lead
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Creative Lead to join our team at a new startup marketing creative hub in Amman. As a Senior Creative Lead, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and delivering our creative vision. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing team and contribute to the company's success.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as a Creative Lead or similar role.
5+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including video and multimedia work.
In-depth knowledge of design principles, trends, and industry-leading tools.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote or work-from-home setting.
Agency experience is a plus.
