Pluto is the Enterprise Spend Management platform for MENA serving the $ 3 Trillion+ B2B Payments market. At Pluto, we do customer support differently. Most importantly: our customer support teams report to the Chief Product Officer, ensuring a tight coupling between product & support. As a client facing representative we will count on your to bring your feedback on product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for any customer interaction (via WhatsApp, Email, Phone or in-app chat)
- Be the front-facing product expert for our customers and help them understand how to leverage all of Pluto's products effectively to increase the value they receive.
- Thoroughly understand the processes in place at the customers organization and be able to clearly articulate how Pluto fits into their expense processes.
- Create help articles & onboarding guides to help customers thoroughly.
- Be self-reliant and know when to escalate to your team lead and when to escalate to our technical teams.
- Be comfortable with managing fintech related compliance documents.
You are an ideal fit if you..
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high confidence in English.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into easily readable and understable language.
- Prior experience working on client-facing roles is a must.
- Extremely high degree of organization skills, must be very good at e-mail management.
- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles.
- Ability to be self-sufficient and demonstrated ability to take on high degree of responsibility.
- Strong fluency in English.
- Strong work ethic is a must and eager to learn and make progress.
- Highly confident handling tough customers.
- (Optional) Background in Fintech, B2B SaaS or Compliance
- (Optional) Prior experience with CRM tools.
