Salesperson – Gift & Crafts Shop (Five-Star Hotel)
We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Salesperson to join our gift and crafts shop located within a prestigious five-star hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
*Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
*Assist guests with product information and recommendations.
*Promote and sell gift and craft products.
*Maintain attractive shop displays and ensure the shop remains clean and organized.
*Handle cash, credit card, and point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately.
*Monitor stock levels and report replenishment need to management.
*Support inventory control and merchandising activities.
Requirements:
*Previous sales or retail experience is preferred.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Good command of English, both spoken and written.
*Professional appearance and positive attitude.
*Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
*Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
