** Title : Data Entry Specialist
** Location: Amman
** Job Type: Full-time
*** Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data into the company’s systems and databases,
- ensuring the information is complete and correct.
- Review, verify, and cross-check data for discrepancies or errors.
- Ensure data integrity is maintained at all times.
- Organize and file physical and digital records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in generating reports and preparing documentation based on the data entered.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth data workflows.
- Respond to inquiries and assist with data-related tasks as required.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data maintenance, filing, scanning, and supporting the department with other duties.
*** Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a data entry, administrative, or related role.
- Strong written and reading skills in English.
- Excellent eye for detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in large data sets.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data sorting, and filtering).
- Ability to work efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple data entry projects simultaneously.
- Capable of identifying and solving minor data entry issues independently.
