Business Development Officer with social media management Experience
● Required qualification: BSc degree with Business Development experience.
● Years of experience : +3 years
● Females only.
● Living in Amman
Job Purpose:
Business Development officer is responsible for administrative and clerical duties and assists with both daily tasks and long-term projects, follow up and develop existing business opportunities.
Business Development officer is supposed to take a major role in social media management and video editing.
In this position, the Business Development officer will be involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks
● Professional Skills required:
- Strong English skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and similar platforms.
- Understanding platform-specific best practices (e.g., content formats, posting times).
- Analyzing ad performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
- Content Creation
- Video Editing Software Proficiency
- Knowledge of tools like After Effects or similar for simple animations.
- Syncing audio, adding background music, and noise reduction.
- Creating short, engaging clips for reels, stories, and ads.
- Combining visuals, music, and effects to align with branding.
- Driven and motivated by results
- A self-starter who can spot new opportunities
- Ability to manage and meet deadlines and budgets
- Highly proficient with
- A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities
