Software Sales Specialist

A software company based in Amman, Jordan is looking for a Software Sales Specialist (Salary + Commission)

Responsibilities will include:

- Telesales and sales conversations with potential clients over the phone

- Discuss software needs with clients to determine the best-matched products

- Advise clients on technical matters regarding their software options and demonstrate product features before a sale.

- Use presentations to demonstrate product features, as well as construct sales pitches and presentations.

- Answer new client questions about products and performing troubleshooting

- Communicate client needs with software developers, managers and executives

- Provide technical support after merchandise is purchased for customers who have questions or difficulties.

- Travel to areas where needs are projected and assist with the company helpline.

- Stay abreast of market trends and research competitors to understand what makes our company’s offering different

Requirements include:

- Degree in Computer science, software engineering, computer information systems or any other related field.

- Customer focused mindset, Ability to engage with customers, understand their needs and communicate the right solution with them.

- 2-4 years of practical work experience in software sales.

- Passion for learning, ability to learn quickly, accept feedback and ability to develop deep and hands-on knowledge in software products and IT services.

- Great communication and interpersonal skills, active listening, trust building skills and a good empathetic attitude.

- Creative problem solving skills, effective decision making When dealing with customer issues

- Excellent organizational skills, good time management skills and ability to adapt & prioritize across multiple tasks and unexpected Situations

- Fluency in Arabic and good command in English.
