Job Purpose:
Prepare accounts, manage budgeting, and oversee financial information. Ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Reconcile JORAMCO bank accounts, send reports to the accounting team, and prepare bank letter inquiries as needed.
Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Verify documentation and request disbursements for payment processing.
Compile and analyze financial data to prepare entries in the general ledger, ensuring accurate documentation of business transactions.
Handle company expenses and payroll systems to ensure timely and accurate wage payments.
Prepare tax returns, ensure taxes are paid on time, and provide periodic and non-periodic reports as required.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Accredited certificates or courses in accounting are a plus.
0-1 year of experience; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency with ERP systems is advantageous.
Full working knowledge of General Ledger processes, from bookkeeping to financial statement preparation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management to meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills.
Very good command of the English language.
Ability to work with external Tax Accountants for financial statement preparation.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
