Pre-sales and sales assistant

Role Description

For Females only :
This is a full-time on-site role as a Pre-sales and Sales Assistant at NEUSSPACK located in Amman. The Pre-sales and Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting in pre-sales activities, including market research, lead generation, and customer outreach. They will also provide support to the sales team by preparing sales material, handling customer inquiries, and assisting in order processing and delivery coordination.
Additionally, the Pre-sales and Sales Assistant will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Sales skills and ability to understand client needs
• Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize
tasks
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of the Food, Beverage, Cosmetics, or
Pharmaceutical industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
