Al Salam For Financial Investments is looking to hire a (Customer Service Officer) as follows:

Position: Customer Support Officer

Level: Junior

Department: Customer Support

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handling clients’ enquiries in a timely and polite manner to the highest standard possible via email, phone...etc.
• Ensure more complex customer issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner, if necessary, forwarding to other departments and tracking of results;
• Assisting customers in all areas of the website;
• Establishing professional relationships with clients
• Managing internal database and filling system
• Other tasks and ad-hoc duties as required by the business.

Requirements:

• University degree in business or any related field
• 1-2 Years experience in customer service
• Excellent knowledge of the English Language (writing and oral) is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized, diligent and detail oriented;
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word)
• Ability to work shifts
