Financial Manager
Sinokrot Poultry Farms, a leading company in the poultry and feed industry, is looking for a skilled and experienced financial manager to oversee the company's financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the overall business goals and objectives
* Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for presentation to shareholders and other stakeholders.
* Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making by the executive team and board of directors
* Manage day-to-day financial operations, including cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk management
* Lead the fundraising efforts, including developing investor presentations, negotiating financing terms, and managing relationships with investors
* Oversee debt financing, including loan applications, negotiation of terms, and ongoing management of debt obligations
* Manage a remote team of finance and accounting professionals, providing leadership, mentoring, and quidance
* Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting requirements
* Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard the company's assets and mitigate financial risks
* Collaborate with other departments to drive operational efficiencies and improve financial performance
Requirements and Skills:
* CMA qualification or ACCA, ACA, CPA additional preferred
* Expertise financial accounting software.
* Good knowledge on IAS / IFRS and internal policies and procedures
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance
Experience:
* 15+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
* 3+ years at least as Management level.
* Prefer FMCG filed or same filed.
