Education Sales Representative (Remote)
Coursies.com is a booking platform that specializes in facilitating admission procedures for English language courses. We provide students with an easy-to-use platform to search and book language courses from institutes locally and abroad.
Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative (Educational Counselor) at Coursies.com. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for guiding and advising students on their language course options, assisting them throughout the booking process, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with language institutes and promoting our platform.
Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential students through various channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
Utilize your expertise in engaging with GCC students to build strong connections.
Understand customer preferences and tailor product recommendations accordingly.
Guide students through the counselling process, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
Achieve personal and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and share insights on improving the sales process.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in the English language.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Significant experience working in the Saudi or GCC market is a plus.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with using CRM tools to manage sales activities.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Able to attend events locally and abroad.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Compensation:
Base Salary: JOD 350 per month.
Commission: Additional earnings based on individual sales achievements.
