Role: Customer care officer

Requirements:
- Responsible for responding to customer inquiries.
- Maintaining and building customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the field of customer care.
- Good knowledge of using MS Office and customer management system.
- Problem solving skills.
- Good knowledge if English and arabic.
- Availability for rotational shifts.
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.

المتطلبات:
- مسؤول عن الرد على استفسارات العملاء.
- الحفاظ على رضا العملاء وبنائه.
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة.

المؤهلات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2+ سنوات في مجال خدمة العملاء.
- معرفة جيدة باستخدام مايكروسوفت أوفيس ونظام إدارة العملاء.
- مهارات حل المشكلات.
- معرفة جيدة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- توافر للتحولات الدورانية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في أي مجال ذي صلة.
