supply chain supervisor
About the job
We are an international company specializing in developing and selling electronic controllers and control systems for heating, refrigeration, and freezing applications.
Our company which is located in Amman-Jordan is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and analytical individual to join our team as a supply chain supervisor.
Responsibilities
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
-Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
-Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
-Monitor production schedules and coordinate with manufacturing teams to prioritize orders and resolve any production issues.
-Implement strategies to optimize inventory management, minimize lead times, and reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
-Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and systems to enhance efficiency and visibility across the supply chain.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-4+ years of experience in the same field.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
-Knowledge of supply chain principles and practices is a plus.
