**Job Description:**
EMT is seeking a dynamic and experienced Telesales Team Leader to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of telesales representatives, driving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales performance and improve efficiency.
3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
4. Provide ongoing training and development to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
5. Maintain accurate records of sales performance and report on team progress to management.

**Requirements:**
1. Proven experience in telesales or sales leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
