Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, hardware, software, or configuration-related problems.
• Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Provide efficient help desk support to end-users.
• Work with operating systems such as Linux and Windows.
• Utilize VPN technologies, including OpenVPN and IPsec.
• Collaborate with team members on troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues.
• Cisco CCNA certification is a definite advantage.
• MCSA or Equivalents is a definite advantage.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Networking Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of related work experience.
• strong understanding of OS (Windows + Linux ), network devices, protocols, and configurations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
