We`re looking for Outdoor Sales to join our team.
You`ll responsible for:
Build and maintain a network for new sales opportunities.
Engage with customers and leads to assess their needs, offering tailored product and service solutions.
Conduct site visits, showcasing product features, negotiating prices, and advising on product promotion and display.
Provide product demonstrations, focusing on functionality and customer needs.
Ensure customer satisfaction and manage relationships post-sale, addressing any issues effectively.
Keep existing and previous customers informed about new products and services.
Document sales activities, including calls, orders, lost business, and customer feedback.
Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase options.
Promptly and accurately respond to lead and customer inquiries, escalating when necessary.
Regularly forecast sales for the assigned territory.
Continuously develop skills through experience and feedback from management.
The Ideal candidate has:
B.Sc. degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Proven sales track record.
Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation capabilities.
Outstanding organizational & attention to details skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Very good command in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Competence in working under pressure.
Skilled in preparing persuasive proposals.
