We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Manager for our lively and colorful slime shop. As the Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our shop, with responsibilities including organization, employee management, event planning, website management, sales, B2B relations, usher hiring and management, and various other essential tasks. Position: Slime Shop Manager
Location: Mamasima Studio (Swefieh Village)
Hours: 8 hours per day, weekends included (Sun, Mon off)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the slime shop, ensuring a tidy and inviting environment for our customers.
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Coordinate and manage slime-themed birthday parties and events, ensuring a memorable experience for our young guests.
- Maintain and update the shop's website, keeping it filled with engaging content and up-to-date product information.
- Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Cultivate and manage B2B relationships with potential partners and suppliers.
- Recruit, hire, and manage ushers for special events and in-store activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management or a related field, with a strong track record of leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A creative and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and the ability to drive revenue growth.
- Experience in website management and social media platforms is a plus.
- Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts, including weekends.
