Job Title: Crew Operational Coordinator

“Events AVP” is a Technical Event Management company offering production, design and AV rental services for live events and functions is looking to fill the position of Crew Logistics Coordinator.
Employment Details:
- Full-time employment in Amman, Jordan – starting with a trial period of 3 months
- Salary depends on skills level.
Responsibilities:
- Create daily crew schedules and tasks for the team.
- Make sure all crew is organized as per the schedule.
- Arrange all crew transportation.
- Supervise onsite over time and deliver the reports on time.
- Supervise all petty cash and expenses on site with organized sheets to be handed over to the financial department
- Ensure that the PMs and other crew are aware of crew placement, arrival and departure dates
- Create a quarterly equipment maintenance schedule, and follow up on the progress.

- Interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Quick learning skills and ability to work on multiple HR systems & softwares after training
- English language is a must
Preferred Candidate:
- Years of Experience: Min: 1 Max: 3
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
